Before you join the pilot.
Are managed packages and prices available?
Not yet. All three services are small-client pilots and use a Contact us path until their authoritative WHMCS packages, resource profiles, and prices are approved. We will not place a placeholder price on the site.
Does a managed service require a GPU?
No dedicated GPU is required when the application uses approved hosted OpenAI, Claude, or compatible APIs. Provider usage and charges are separate from the ARPHost managed service unless a future package explicitly states otherwise.
Is each customer isolated?
Yes. The planned pilot provisions a separate VPS and application deployment per customer. Dify remains a single-customer environment, and managed services are not combined into a shared customer instance.
Can I still manage an AI VPS myself?
Yes. The full self-hosted catalog remains available at ARPHost.ai/ai-apps. Those offers retain root access, current WHMCS pricing, and customer responsibility for the operating system and application.
